I am remodeling my master bedroom/bath and needed a new full-size mattress for an antique brass bed. After doing some research on the health benefits of upgrading to an organic mattress, Houston Natural Mattress on Kirby was the ONLY place I considered going. Their reviews are fantastic and now I understand why. This is the BEST retail experience I have ever had and wish I could rate this review with more than just five stars! My timing for their Labor Day Sale could not have been better, plus I got 24-month 0 percent financing. Yay! My “sales guru,” Dustin Reiter, really knows his stuff! Not only did he know that brass beds made in the early 1900s were only made in twin and full sizes, but he also gave me options for the best support under my mattress (a bunkie board) that also allows me to enhance my linens. He asked me what my firmness requirements were and pointed out some initial options. No hard sell, no pressure, no trying to up sell on higher priced options. Dustin is extremely knowledgeable about HNM’s line of products and why having the right mattress “fit” is so important to your health. I was able to take my time, try out different brands and, like Goldilocks, found the mattress that was just right! I do love my avocados and now I am looking forward to receiving my Avocado Organic Luxury full mattress. Their natural latex pillows are also INCREDIBLE, and I learned about the benefits of different kinds of mattress pads. Just as I am transforming my bedroom, I am excited to start transforming my sleep habits as well. Organic natural mattresses are the ONLY way to go and the options available here are plentiful. Dustin’s experience and knowledge of natural mattresses is impressive and he makes you feel good about making this investment. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. And DO TRY THEM ON. Experiencing these mattresses in person, versus buying online, is definitely worth your time!

I actually made my purchase from the Woodlands location when it was open. I will never go back to a regular mattress. I love my Posh and Lavish latex mattress. It was life changing in regards to my sleep. I had back problems for years, until I got this mattress. I purchased a firm mattress, and a soft latex topper. It is the perfect combination of comfort. We’ve had it for approximately 4 years and not a single sign of a dent in the mattress, and we are much heavier people than normal.

I ordered my mattress May 15th and 3 1/2 months later I still don't have it. They delivered one mattress and took mine but it was a mattress much cheaper than the one I purchased. I immediately noticed and called to let them know they delivered the wrong mattress. Everytime I call to check on the new status I get the run around and no clear answer. Now I'm being told they have my mattress but are too busy to call me and deliver it. I feel like after waiting 15 weeks for a mattress that I was told would take 6 weeks to receive... Being told they are too busy to deliver it is beyond unacceptable. Loved the buying experience - but paying $6k and not receiving my mattress deserves zero stars.

I have an awesome mattress from Houston Natural Mattress with a 2” topper. I’m in love with my bed. I also have an adjustable frame. Truly it’s the bomb. Steve Chandler was very helpful. He was very patient with me and ask questions that would help him help me. All in all it was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Best experience in town! Steve and Lewis were the best! After being beat up all over town , having mattresses full of all kinds of toxins and poisons pushed on me. I finally found HNM and poison free natural mattress alternatives that the salespeople were knowledgeable enough to educate me on all the options. After my wife and I were comfort fitted to our personal needs we were able to make the perfect selection and save a ton of money compared to what we found elsewhere. I had the best experience with Houston Natural Mattress. The owner was so helpful when it came to choosing the right mattress for us. He was not pushy like your typical sales person, he was just very informative and professional. It was actually first after we paid for the mattress that he told us that we will never want to sleep in another mattress after this. There was a problem with the delivery time since the base that we ordered was on back order and we needed the bed within two weeks, so they gave us a free upgrade to the next model up which could be delivered right away. This is the best and most professional experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a mattress. I highly recommend this place!
